• Designing experiments often involves extensive literature review, customizing protocols to fit specific needs and equipment, and writing lengthy standard operating procedures. To streamline this process, I’ve developed a script that leverages PubMed’s vast database and the capabilities of OpenAI’s GPT-4.

• Input: Users enter their research question, keywords, available reagents/devices/automation tools.
• Processing: The script fetches the most relevant research papers from PubMed.
• Output: It then harnesses GPT-4 to generate a detailed, reliable, and accurate experimental protocol.
