I first met Deepakshi while I was working as Lab Manager at Creyon Bio. She was always friendly and pleasant as well as helpful. When we were first setting up in the new Lab space she offered to help me record and organize the inventory. She needed limited instructions and diligently recorded more than what I had asked of her. She was one of the first people I thought of to help me beta test my inventory management system because I knew I could count on her and she would give me honest feedback. I did not get the opportunity to go over any of her research so I cannot speak directly for that but I do know that she was consistent and dedicated. Any company would be lucky to have her on their team.
