I had the pleasure of working closely with Deepakshi at Creyon Bio from September 2023 to June 2024, where she served as a research associate and my mentee. Together, we focused on developing and optimizing in vitro assays for neurotoxicity and cardiotoxicity. Despite initially having no prior experience in these specific assays, Deepakshi quickly acquired the necessary skills to conduct experiments independently, which significantly contributed to our project’s progress.
In addition to experimental work, we faced the challenge of analyzing complex datasets. Deepakshi showed a keen aptitude for coding and automation, rapidly developing proficiency in these areas. Her efforts were instrumental in developing automation scripts that streamlined our data analysis pipeline. Her proactive approach extended beyond this, as she took initiative to optimize our data acquisition workflow, integrating efficient automation steps that enhanced our productivity….
